im tryin to apply for a position on carinival cruise lines as youth staff and they want a resume and childcare experience and… a PHOTO. : (
like, i dont have headshots so i dont understand. and i dont have a picture of myself to send that doesnt involve me drinking a beer or making a ridiculous face. and i dont know what kind of picture to take and : ( but i want to appppppplyyy help help help

If you go to Care.com and look at their photo guidelines, that should help. Or any old RD pics that you could crop should work.
