i LOVED nick pitera’s one man disney melody and now he’s done one for newsies ala the broadway recording and its SO good.
also- in his caption he mentions he’s seeing newsies next weekend which is when I’M SEEING NEWSIES. so. if nick pitera is at my show, i might fangirl a little. or a lot. wow i have a lot going on next saturday.
Darren Criss on His Newsies Love and Being ‘Blown Away’
Glee star Darren Criss made his Broadway debut earlier this year in the revival How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Since then, Broadway fans have been eager to get Criss back onstage (and for longer than three weeks this time!) In a recent interview with Billboard.com, the Gleestar discussed catching the new hit musical Newsies and the likelihood of him donning a newsboy cap and selling papes on Broadway.

- then we’re considering staying an extra night to go see guns n hoses’ first show.
mostly on the off chance darren will be there - also, we must eat at the peanut butter place. MMM.
